河南警察学院（简称河南警院，Henan Police College）于1949年2月始建，坐落于河南郑州，是一所本科层次的普通高等学校，全国公安系统A等学校。其前身是中共豫西区党委社会部保卫干部训练班，2010年更名为河南警察学院。 该校历经河南省公安干部学校、河南省人民警察学校、河南公安高等专科学校等发展时期；2010年3月，经教育部、省政府批准设立河南警察学院。 根据2018年4月学校官网显示，学院有三个校区，分别位于郑州、开封和洛阳，占地总面积1690余亩，馆藏纸质图书101万余册；开设12个系（部）[1]、开办16个本科专业、2个专科专业；共有教职工767人，全日制在校生5537人。

It was formerly known as the Training Course for Security Cadres of the Social Department of the CPC Committee in Western Henan District, and was renamed Henan Police College in 2010. The school has experienced the development period of Henan Public Security Cadre School, Henan People's Police School and Henan Public Security College. In March 2010, the Ministry of Education and the provincial government approved the establishment of Henan Police College. According to the official website of the university in April 2018, the college has three campuses, located in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Luoyang, covering a total area of 1,690 mu with a collection of more than 1.01 million paper books.
